It's the end of the week, and we are all looking forward to the weekend and clock watching with great eagerness!
We understand that your health & fitness regime doesn't have a 9-5 schedule, and it is very easy to become a little tired and lethargic after a hectic and busy week; and the thought of getting into your car and hitting the gym can be quite tiresome in itself.
We here at BEEFit, as well as catering for your post workout nutrition and needs, have a HIIT workout for you, that you can do at any time throughout the day as it will a mere 20 minutes to give you a good hard workout. We suggest doing this whilst dinner is cooking, or before your shower and heading out for the evening, or just at some point throughout your evening. You could try it at lunchtime in the office - but, well - your colleagues may think you a little crazy - unless you can get them to join in. You would also need access to a shower afterward, as you wouldn't want to offend anyone with your post workout aroma!
What is HIIT, some of you may ask. HIIT, or High-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick and intense bursts of exercise, which is followed by short (sometimes active) recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
